TQM & Continuous Improvement Department, lead by Manager, Michaela Alford, announced the start of the QC Circle event for 2019. Alford's group are actively promoting the activity and encouraging team members to form teams and join the event. Not only will this activity benefit the company but the team members themselves will benefit greatly as they become proficient with their problem solving skills and develop leadership qualities that can pave way to greater opportunities - travel opportunities to compete with other QC circle groups overseas and meet new people.
